Joel provided great customer service and had really helped me out with my printer. Since then, zero communication and replies by anyone in the office except for a print count. I do not recommend independent entrepreneurs lease from this company. Sold me a printer that never did not print correctly, even after service calls. Even upon shuttering my business I am stuck in a lease with a useless printer that is basically a huge paper weight.

I bought a very nice used cooy/printer from Stone's about 3 years ago. The price was very fair and the machine has been great. I needed to move it to a new location and I got them to do it. The finisher got damaged during the move and they came back and replaced it the same day. Problems always happen in life and the mark of a great company is how well they handle mistakes. I'm more impressed with Stone's now than before the move because they made it right immediately, without any prompting from me. All their staff is very friendly and quick to help you whether buying or servicing their machines. I would highly recommend them to anyone for a new or used machine and especially for for great service!

I have been a customer of Stone's for more than ten years at two different physician practices. We have found their pricing, service, and timely responsiveness for service calls have been superb. They also have been very proactive in making suggestions to us to help save us money. I can't recommend them enough.

Printer started producing grey colored sheets with lines on them. Called Stone's and a technician was dispatched immediately. In less than an hour, he came and fixed the problem. Timely, polite, quality service. THANK YOU Stone's Office Equipment!

Absolutely fantastic experience! We were looking for a larger printer for our office, but not something too oversized. Adam took the time to visit our office and discuss our specific needs, helping us determine the ideal printing capacity to keep our workflow efficient and timely. He explained everything clearly and followed up with all the necessary information, ensuring we had no lingering questions. The installation by Larry and Melvin was incredibly smooth and quick—they set everything up, connected our laptops, and had us up and running in no time, so we barely experienced any disruption to our work. If you're in the market for office equipment or need a better printer, I highly recommend these guys—they will really listen to your needs and help you find the perfect solution. From initial consultation to delivery took less than two weeks, and we were the ones who caused the delay. I'm sure if we needed it sooner, they would have made it happen. Highly recommend!

We use Stone's Office equipment and couldn't be happier. Now we don't have to worry about the quality of our printing, or ink supply. Everything is done electonically. Thank you, Stone's, for taking a task of off of our to do list! And for having a great staff to work with!

As the new office manager at Summit I was tasked with finding a new printer company to work with. From the start Stone's customer service was top knotch. They were transparent on pricing and knowledgeable about their products. But the thing that really confirmed our decision to work with Stone's was their customer service. And as current customers, they continue to surpass our expectations.

I have been working with Stones for the better part of 20 years or more. I cannot recommend them enough. I have been with several companies over the years and have always brought in Stones for all my copier needs. Lucus has always answered my calls no matter what time of day. Carson and his team have delivered, repaired and replaced machines all over the state for us. All I can say is what an amazing company Sam has built.

I have been a customer of Stone's for over 18 years. The personal service they give to their customers whether it is buying a new item or support for the existing is without a doubt the best. They always make you feel like your office is their priority. Needless to say they are appreciated more than they know.

Our Lexmark began randomly printing blank pages, we called Stone's office, our service and equipment provider, and they were rapidly responsive to our needs and the needs of our business. Though this didn't necessarily disrupt our business or the use of our copier, they were there to completely fix the issue during our down time and it was next day. Top Notch Service.
